Play Therapy
For Children Ages 3–12
Play is the language of childhood, and play therapy is one of the most powerful, evidence-based approaches for helping children ages 3–12 heal from trauma, process big emotions, and develop the skills they need to thrive.

In our sessions, children use toys, art, sand, and creative expression to communicate what they may not yet have words for. This is not just "playing", it is deep, meaningful therapeutic work happening in the way that feels most natural to a child.
Play Therapy May Help Children Experiencing:
Anxiety or worry
Trauma or abuse
Family transitions
Low self-esteem
Behavioral challenges
Grief and loss
Social difficulties
Anger or big emotions
A parent/caregiver consultation is included in the intake process so we can work as a team in support of your child.
