I'm Elizabeth Martinez, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and play therapist based in Texas. I specialize in helping children ages 3–12 heal through play, and in supporting the parents and caregivers who love them.
As a child of immigrants, I bring a personal understanding of the unique challenges facing immigrant and Latinx families. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and always rooted in warmth. I believe every child already carries the capacity to heal. My job is to create the space for that to happen.
